Weekend of Suzies
This past weekend was the weekend of Suzies. First, here is our next-door neighbor woofie named Suzie. She is a very sweet old girl (or so claim Mommy and Daddy). On Saturday when Suzie's mommy and daddy were over visiting, we got to sniff her a bit through the screen door. And, actually, she seems more scared of us than we are of her. Then, this is our kitty cousin Suzie who we've blogged about before. Our Pop Pop Stumpo's 60th Birthday party was today so Mommy and Daddy took these picture of her today.

2. You can demonstrate your increasing mancat powers to your beans.
3. It's an easy way to get to sniff your brother's butt.
4. Mommy and Daddy think it's great when we 'rassle.
5. We can entertain each other for hours.
6. Unlike beans, we don't have to wear dumb outfits when we 'rassle.
7. It makes us strong and powerful.
8. It hones our hunting skills.
9. You can show your pretty white teeth really well.
10. It gives us a chance to show our alpha cat sides safely.
11. Rolling around is fun!
12. You don't need external props or toys to have fun with it.
13. 'Rassling is basically a hug with gusto.

100th Post Contest New Deadline
Everyone, there was a little bit of an error in the 100th post contest calculations so we have extended the deadline to Friday June 15th. All kitties are encouraged to resubmit their guesses as to when we will make our official 100th post. Apologies to all kitties who guessed already. (We mistakenly counted the drafts as posts which of course do not count.) So, while we are close, we weren't quite as close as we thought. Anyway, please guess again if you don't mind. Thank you!

We're Back in Business
We're back! After what feels like a very long time where mommy would not help us get on the computer, we are finally back. Apparently, Aunt Christine's wedding went very well and was a perfect day despite the rain.
It was a tough weekend for us with all the activity and the house guests but we did get to meet some new friends (Maury and Stacy) and Ollie ate half a slug. Unlce Rob said "I think your cat is trying to eat a lizard" but it was no lizard - it was a slug! Mommy got it out of Ollie's mouth about mid-bite. He was very mad at her for taking away his gummy snack. What won't Ollie eat? Too bad there isn't a photo of Ollie eating that slug.
We are sorry we haven't been able to visit our friends in the catblogoshpere these last few days. We are looking forward to catching up with you all!

Mommy has had a very busy weekend and she has not been able to help us get on the computer since Wednesday. See, she is in a wedding for our Aunt Christine tomorrow and it's been VERY busy around the house. We have had a house guest since Thursday and tomorrow is the big day. Hopefully, Monday we can announce the winners of our 100th post contest. Sorry we haven't been able to visit our friends as often as we would like. See you next week!
