Oh man, Ollie is just like me! I do them thingies, too -- tryin' to climb up in stuff to see what's there, climb up on the windows to see out, and I reckon he's up to seein' what he can see, efurything he can see, cuz that's what I'm usually up to!

Chasing bug? I find lots of bugs near the lampy things.
Well, let me guess:
No.1 photo: Ollie is test the hardness of cover.
No.2 photo: Ollie think near the light bulb could make the head warmer, so why not?
No.3 photo: Ollie certainly is trying his bounce ability and catching something.
All action I agree with Ollie, even I was wrong, but I think curious is very good. Just a little bit care about safe would be fine.
I'd say he had one big niprush! Either that or he was comin' down off of one.
