Please sign the petition

By now, most of you have heard of the brutal and tragic treatment of many animals in Puerto Rico. It pains us and our mommy and daddy so much to think that this brutality could happen. Please help animal lovers and citizens of the world join together and sign the petition to the governor of Puerto Rico, Aníbal Acevedo-Vilá to take action and enforce strict laws against animal cruelty as well as implement humane programs to ensure that this heinous act could never happen again.

We think that Cat Blogosphere community should band together to make our own statement about this awful tragedy. If you agree, leave your suggestions in the comments and we will contact Cat Blogosphere officials to see if there is something more we can collectively do.

Protestors in Puerto Rico

This poor dog was one of the few survivors. He had a broken spine and other injuries as a result of being thrown over the bridge for dead

We are still raw and sad and depressed from yesterday - too many bad news, too much evil in this world.
Yes, we went and signed.
If you want to organize something for a statement, or make a badge for our sidebars to link to petition signing, whatever it is, count us in.
Don't forget to report things like this to the Cat Blogosphere to be posted there!
